You get back a short report showing how much was taken, what it was for, which charges were preventable, which look invalid or undocumented, and how many hours your team spends handling them.

What we need from you

• Deduction or remittance reports from your retailer and distributor portals and, if you sell on Amazon Vendor Central, the chargeback report. Exports are fine; we don't need logins.
• Your promo and trade agreements or promo calendar for the same period.
• 20 minutes with whoever handles deductions today.
• If you want one, we sign your NDA first.

What you get, within 5 business days

1. Total deducted, split by type: promotions, shortages, damages, compliance fees, other.
2. Compliance chargebacks that were preventable (ASN timing or accuracy, labels, fill rate), their total, and what causes them in your shipping process.
3. Deductions with no matching promo agreement or backup, and their total value.
4. Which of the invalid ones are probably still inside the dispute window. Windows vary by distributor and contract, so we check yours rather than assume.
5. The hours your team spends on deductions each month, and what that costs.
6. A plain recommendation: dispute these now yourselves, automate the process, or leave it alone because it isn't worth fixing.

What happens next, if you want it

If automating it makes sense, we quote a fixed price for a system that prevents compliance chargebacks at the source, such as ASNs generated and checked before the truck leaves, and matches every new deduction to its backup so invalid ones are queued for dispute. The price is based on what the audit shows you would save. If the savings don't clearly exceed the cost, we say so and don't quote.
