Stop ASN chargebacks from retailers and distributors

ASN chargebacks rarely show up as a bill. A retailer or distributor simply pays you less than the invoice and attaches a code, weeks after the truck left. Most brands already use an EDI provider, but the provider can only send the ASN it's given. If the carton count, labels or timing don't match what actually shipped, the mistake goes out on time and the chargeback still comes. An automation fixes the data before it's sent.

How it is done by hand today

1. Someone keys or uploads the ASN from the pick list, often after the truck has left.
2. Carton labels are printed separately and nobody checks them against the ASN.
3. Short or substituted cases go out without the ASN being corrected.
4. The chargeback arrives weeks later as a coded deduction, and nobody traces it back to the shipment.
